Refund policy
The following terms are applicable for any products that you've purchased with us.
Full Time Prints offers exchanges or refunds only if purchased prints have arrived damaged or incorrect, and if photographic evidence of the damaged/incorrect print is sent to admin@fulltimeprints.com no later than seven days after receiving your print. Appeals sent later than seven days of receiving the purchased items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
Please allow up to ten business days for us to send a replacement print. You will not incur any additional charges.
Cancellations:
If you want to cancel your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of placing your order.
After 48 hours, you can still cancel your order however as it would've already been processed, you'll have to wait for the order to be delivered before returning this at your own expense for a full refund.
In line with Your Cancellation Rights, the 14 day cancellation period starts on the day you are in physical possession of the goods. Weekends and public holidays are included in the 14 days.
In order to exercise your cancellation rights, you must inform us in a clear statement via email at admin@fulltimeprints.com.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using the same method of payment used when placing the order.
Returning orders:
In order for your return to be eligible, the following conditions have to be met:
- Goods were purchased in the previous 14 days
- Goods are in the original packaging
- Goods haven't been used or damaged
- Goods must have proof of purchase
You cannot return Bespoke (personalised) prints.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of goods if they do not meet the above conditions.

Damaged prints:
If your print is damaged, we will look to send you a replacement print as soon as possible. You will not incur any additional charges.

Incorrect prints:
If you receive an incorrect print, we will look to send you a replacement print as soon as possible. You will not incur any additional charges.
We will need photographic evidence of the incorrect print sent to admin@fulltimeprints.com no later than seven days after receiving your print. Appeals sent later than seven days of receiving the purchased items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
Please allow up to ten business days for us to send a replacement print.
Exceptions/non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Bespoke (personalised) prints
