Order Processing times
Our orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During seasonal times, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.


Shipping times
We ship from the United Kingdom. We currently ship worldwide.

All orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Europe and Rest of World should arrive between 10-14 business days.


Shipping costs
Orders shipped to an address in the United Kingdom have a flat rate of £4.99 (tracked delivery).
Orders shipped to an address in Europe have a flat rate of £12.99 (tracked delivery).
Orders shipped to an address in the Rest of World have a flat rate of £19.99 (tracked delivery).


Exchanges
The following terms are applicable for any products that you've purchased with us.

Full Time Prints offers exchanges or refunds only if purchased prints have arrived damaged or incorrect, and if photographic evidence of the damaged/incorrect print is sent to admin@fulltimeprints.com no later than seven days after receiving your print. Appeals sent later than seven days of receiving the purchased items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Please allow up to ten business days for us to send a replacement print. You will not incur any additional charges.
